After you have reviewed the baits you have used carefully some minor adjustments can start resulting in fish action. Many times on the water I have tried various baits with no action, yes weather will play a factor but you also need to find what the fish are responding to.
Example: you have been casting a chartreuse spinnerbait(charteuse is a bright green colour, as someone who is into fishing know what this colour is) in a normal half ounce size and nothing had been biting, well try a smaller spinnerbait in the same colour or potentially a different colour.
I can`t tell you how many times I have made a subtle change like this while fishing and BANG the fish start hitting. You will always have to try various things on the water as each outing is different.
