More on good baits…

A little more on the spinnerbait before I move on to some other easy to use baits.  There are usually two blade patterns but these days you will also find multi blade patterns available.

Willow blades are the thin leaf like looking blades which are really good for getting through weeds.  Colorado blads are shorter and more circular looking, which results in more resistance and greater vibration.

Pick up a chartreuse double colorado blade spinnerbait and give it a shot, this was my first colour and blade pattern I ever started using and has now become my “GO TO” bait on the water.

Spinnerbaits fall into the search bait catergory, which means they are baits that can be cast quickly to cover large areas of water trying to locate fish.
