My fishing video blog is well under way, this weeks fishing video at www.amfish.ca pertains to fan casting and the importance of fan casting especially when fishing from shore.
When shore fishing is is crucial to cover as much water a possible, this increases your chances of locating and catching more fish. Stagnant casts in the same location is only covering a small vertical amount of water and you are at that point relying on roaming fish in that area to strike.
Be sure to walk around the entire body of water you are fishing, making several casts about 4 to 5 ft appart.
