Pictures like this are good clear things to look for if you are interested in some top water fishing action ! Thick slop like this is great for fishing frogs, mouse/rat baits, pretty much anything weedless that can scurry across the top of the water.
Get from pitching worms and creature baits if the top water bite is not on……keep an eye out for “SLOP” territory like this, sure to produce fish…
